The Civilian Commendation, Suggestion or Complaint Form was developed to assist us in providing quality law enforcement services and to maintain the public trust and confidence. If you wish to commend one of our employees, we encourage you to do so. If you have a legitimate suggestion for improving our services, we encourage that also.
As with any organization, there may be times when the level of service or performance of our employees may be less than ideal. If you have a complaint against one of our employees, please use this form.
Please complete and sign the Civilian Commendation, Suggestion or Complaint Form (pdf) and return to the department either in person, via mail or email.

To apply for a reserved handicap parking spot within the Borough of Emmaus please print and complete the below application and return to the Emmaus Police Department. If you have questions regarding the process, fees or for more information please contact the Emmaus Police Department Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Motor vehicle accident reports can be obtained from the Emmaus Police Department and only released to the individuals involved in the accident or their insurance company. To obtain a report please bring your driver's license and cash, check or money order in the amount of $15.00 to the Emmaus Police Department Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
