Shane has worked in municipal government as a manager since 2006. He was hired as the Emmaus Borough Manager in 2012. He has a Bachelor of Business from Seton Hill University, where he graduated in 2003, having majored in Human Resources, Marketing, and Healthcare Administration, minoring in Accounting and Finance, and earning the President's Award for Service. He earned his MBA from Bloomsburg University in 2013, where he received the honor of Beta Gamma Sigma for being among the top 10% of MBA students in the nation. Shane was also awarded the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Borough Manager of the Year in 2016. Shane's job is to manage the day-to-day business of the Borough, as he serves as the Borough Manager and Chief Administrative Officer for our local government, overseeing the overall function of our operations.
