The Borough of Emmaus is submitting the proposed Zoning Ordinance and proposed Zoning Map Color Version, Zoning Map Black & White Version for review and comment. September 6, 2023 Informational Meeting Recording.
In accordance with Section 609 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC), the Emmaus Borough Council must consider the comments of the community, county, contiguous municipalities, and the school district prior to holding a public hearing for plan adoption. Per the MPC, the comments must be made to the governing body within 45 days by October 30, 2023 of receipt of this proposed plan for your comments to be considered.
