Things to Do
Summer Concert Series
Celebrating 40 years as of 2019, the Sunday Summer Concert Series has brought joy to folks from Emmaus and the surrounding areas. Every Sunday beginning in early June and ending in late August, a different musical group plays at the Samuel Landis Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park from 6 to 8 pm. The concerts are always free to attend.

Emmaus Farmers' Market
The Emmaus Farmers' Market provides the community with a source of safe, locally produced, highly nutritious fresh produce while educating the public, including farmers, on the benefit of supporting local agriculture in order to preserve farmland in the surrounding community, improve individual health and strengthen community.
The Emmaus Farmers' Market is held rain or shine at Triangle Park in Emmaus. Regular Market is held Sundays, 10 am to 2 pm, May through November, and Sundays, 10 am to noon in December (closed Christmas). The Winter Market is held the 2nd and 4th Sundays, 10 am to noon, January through April.

Zumba
Zumba in the Park
Zumba in the Park is held every Saturday at 9 am at the Performing Arts Pavilion, Emmaus Community Park, May to September. Donations are appreciated.
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is held every Monday and Wednesday, June 17 through August 21, at the Emmaus Community Pool (there is a $1 fee to enter the pool). In the event of inclement weather, Aqua Zumba will be held on Friday. Donations are appreciated by instructors.
Special Events
Halloween Parade
The best Halloween Parade in the Lehigh Valley is held on the 3rd Saturday in October. The 2.2-mile parade route starts on Ridge Street and ends on Main Street and includes Walnut Street, Keystone Avenue, Chestnut Street, and 9th Street. Bring blankets, chairs, and more to watch the fun!
Halloween in Emmaus 5K Race
Join us for the Halloween in Emmaus 5K Race prior to the Emmaus Halloween Parade. The 5K Race benefits the Emmaus Parks system and the Emmaus Halloween Parade. Runners are encouraged to run in a costume. Prizes are awarded for the fastest times but also the best costumes.

Memorial Day Parade
Organized by the Emmaus Veterans Committee, the Memorial Day parade will be held at 9 am, on Memorial Day, starting at Emmaus High School and ending with a special ceremony at the Emmaus Memorial Triangle on 3rd and 4th Streets.
Emmaus Remembrance Garden Veterans Brick Installation
Held on the Sunday prior to Memorial Day at 1 pm, the Emmaus Remembrance Garden Veterans Brick Installation includes recognition of men and women for their past or present bravery and patriotism in the United States Military. The program includes a keynote speaker and music, plus a rifle salute and taps by the Emmaus Veterans Committee Honor Guard.

Community Heroes Day
Community Heroes Day is held on the first Thursday in September. Children of all ages are invited to this special event which brings our community together! Meet ambulance, fire, and police personnel at this unique event held at Emmaus Public Library. This celebration highlights our local first respondents.
