Electronics Recycling

Residents can drop off E-waste at the E-waste dumpster beside the Public Works Department garage on Kline's Lane. The site will be open on the 2nd Monday of the month from noon until the dumpster is full, starting in March. The site will be closed from December through February.

2023 E Waste Recycling Dates: 

March 13, April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11 (canceled due to Dumpster Day, held on September 16th at Emmaus Community Park), October 9, and November 13.  

Guidelines for Dropping off Items

  • Items will only be accepted on designated days during designated hours.
  • Residents visiting the site shall show the attendant their identification signifying that they are a Borough resident. Items from outside the Borough of Emmaus will not be accepted.
  • Residents will be able to drop off a maximum of three electronic devices at no charge (two televisions maximum included in the three items). Over two televisions will incur a fee of $50 per television.
